I have a Therma-Tru front door that is wood. I bought the unit about 8 years ago with two side transoms and a top transom. To make a long story short the door has a huge gap at the top and curves in towards the inside of the house. Therma-Tru claims to have a lifetime warranty. Therma-Tru came out, said the door was warped, replaced the door. I hung the door and the "space" is exactly the same. Called ThermaTru and they said they only warranty the door. To me, this is crazy and not sure who I could get to install/repair this. I am in the 18976/Pennsylvania area. Any recommendations?

I can't see anything from those photos, but any outfit that sells and installs entrance doors should have people that can take care of this.

If the framing over your door has warped or twisted, that's not Therma-True's issue. Does not sound crazy to me that Therma True won't warranty the framing. But I would be wondering why it warped. Did you just get unlucky (its not unheard of for wood to warp), or is water getting in there?
