Identify source of first floor ceiling leak that only occurs with heavy, windy storms

We live in the mid-Atlantic in a 2-story house built in the 60's and when there are heavy especially windy storms we notice a small amount of water leaking through a crack in the ceiling of our first floor kitchen. We have lived here for a number of months and are quite sure the crack was there before we moved in.

When we bought the place, part of the sale involved roof/gutter replacement so we think a roof issue is unlikely. On the 2nd floor above the kitchen are two bedrooms. The one directly over the kitchen has a single window. Bathrooms are on the other side of the house.

The leak is immediately adjacent to an exterior wall. I do not believe there are any pipes running where this leak occurs. The bedroom above the leak has no evidence of water damage. I have tried using a pinhole camera to localize a source but had a lot of trouble seeing anything.

The siding on the home is original. I don't see any obvious big holes anywhere, but could that be a source?

I'm not the most handy person -- are there any contractors that would be appropriate to help track this down? Any suggestions or thoughts? Thank you!
