Window screen repair / replacement

I have 24 year old windows with screens all ripped up. I feel foolish because I’m not having any luck figuring out how to easily removed the screens. I have not found anything similar on YouTube to help. There’s no lower lip for the screen placement. There are sliding locking tabs at the top. I think I remove them from the inside, but I can’t get to the top of the screen to unlock the sliding tab. How do I remove them and where do I go to get replacement parts?:vs_worry: I’ll probably have to replace the whole screen. Hopefully the uploaded pictures will help better show my dilemma. :vs_cry:

The shutters may or may not be a major problem. It depends on how smart the person who measured and ordered them was.

As Neal said some have baby leaf springs on the side and others are at the top or bottom.

You second pic is much to poor quality for me to determine anything.

Do both sashes move or just the bottom one?

Just the bottom sash moves. The shutter is a problem because we can’t open them fully for all the windows. There’s a fireplace mantel or wall in the way. With my Wife’s help we were able to find an approach to remove and replacing the screen window. Not easy, but we can do it. Now for me to get the replacement screen and install it. Looking forward to it.
