Using triclopyr may be overkill as that chemical is usually used for hardwoods/brush/trees. No need for that. These are soft tissue weeds. Also, if overspray from wind triclopyr will destroy everything.

From a distance it looks like grass(smile).
I can tell you, charlie does not like roundup. Not saying to use RU in your yard.
I use it to keep charlie outta my flower beds.
