We are in the process of building, doing alot of the inside side work ourselves and are ametaures... we have a concrete floor thst has been sealed with a water based sealer. We just for finished painting the walls and there is quite a bit of paint on the floors that will need to be removed. Some drips and several mishaps and alot of paint throughout. Can I use paint thinner on concrete floors without damaging the sealer?

Trying to find the quickest way to get its up thats easier than hands and knees. Thanks!

Mineral spirits is not likely to have much effect on dried latex paint. Denatured alcohol will dissolve dried latex, don't know what effect it will have on the sealer BUT if you wish to keep the concrete unfinished that is about your only option and you can reapply the sealer once its clean.

Next time use drop cloths! cardboard next to the wall also works well.
