Try some nail polish remover. Use a small amount, like on the end of a q-tip. The acetone in the remover should take care of the superglue, but I don't know for sure if it will affect the finish on your tiles, so you might want to test a small inconspicuous area first.
Superglue holds very well in tension, not in torsion. Give the hook a twist and it should come right off. Use nail polish remover or acetone to remove the residue. As spaceman spif stated test the solvent in an inconspicuous spot first.
If you try nail polish remover read the ingredients. Some will list water first, which means it is watered down. Some will be non-acetone based. You want one that has acetone as its main (or only) ingredient.
The acetone won't hurt the tile at all, it may however melt the hook. Try twisting (not pulling) the hook. I have seen super glue cause the tile surface to break when pulling on it.
