Slow Filling Toilet Tank

For some reason, our toilet tank decided to start filling slow about 1 min 30 seconds compared to the usual 15 seconds
No issue, other than it is a bit louder.

I replaced the toilet float valve. I removed the restrictor also.
I also set it to fill below the fill line

No help.

Below is a video of the toilet flush..
Any ideas?

This is before flow flow check (valve is off, but it is dripping from flex pipe)

This is the flow check

This is after flow flow check (valve is off, but it is dripping from flex pipe)

yes,,that is the valve

The flow filling of the tank was happening with the old fill valve. So, i bought this new one and it still was happening , so i removed the regualtor from the new one and it acted the same

Since I installed the new one and the slow fill was occurring, not sure how any rubber got into the trap

I recall i did flush the trap, but i can try it again. I have to leave for the rest of the day, so I will try tomorrow.
The new fill valve is acting like the old one was, so i am not sure

Still slow - at 1 minute filling
only difference was I removed the small tube from the clip and let it hang down the overfill pipe

The very first post I did in this posting has a video link showing the tank filling 90 seconds.
As I stated, the tank usually took 15 - 20 seconds

The below link is the toilet in the hall bath, on the same floor, exact same tank with the original fill Valve
