I am building a small cabin out in the country. I am using this floorplan as a reference:

I am only building the living & kitchen area now and will expand later. The area is 12' x 24'. I am going to have three rows of concrete piers, two per row, every 12'. I am wanting to know what size should my sills that sit on the piers be? Should I use a solid piece of pressure treated 4x6 or 6x6 or should I build up the sill with 2x's? I appreciate any info you can give me. Thanks.
