Sealing Natural Flagstone Patio?

Hi,

I have a patio that has natural flagstone and would like to get a permanent "wet look" appearance. Would love to hear which specific products would last against the California sun and any install tips and tricks. Is an acid wash necessary? Furthermore, I have noticed some light cracks and missing pieces of concrete between the stones. What can I use to fill in these spots? Is it worth attempting or just run the sealer over it?

This is the only product I use to do exactly what you want to do, it works great, and tends to last 5+ years. It's also very easy to apply, and smells pretty good to boot! I've never used the WB version, only the solvent.
