Screws for floor blocking

I put some blocking in my floor just to help with the weight distribution since it was 2 foot on center joists

I saw these construction screws and thought they would work good for this

However in smaller type at the bottom of the box I just noticed it said non-structural, should I have got different screws for blocking or are these fine, I’ve already put in all the blocks and would rather not take all the screws out

I read construction screws were stronger than deck screws that’s why I got these

but then I saw the non structural wording on the box and thought huh?

I have wires running through some of my blocks that’s why I don’t want them to come loose and fall

Nails are made from wires so they bend. Screws are more brittle so may break. For mid joist blocks, I doubt there will be that much displacement for screws to break. I think those screws will work. Even drywall screws bend unless you hit them almost from the side. If you want more fasteners, I would just add more screws than nails. Angle screw driver. Thinking about palm nailer, since blocks are up already, it will not work unless you're toenailing every block with 16d nails so you can use more angle.

Just my opinion. The live load above them changes as people walk across the floor. This varying load results in flexing. Although difficult to detect it is there. That movement will over time cause lesser screws to fail. Nails can tolerate more flexing without failing.
IMO, add some nails.
