Removing American Standard Tropic Handle

I have 3 sets of American Standard Tropic faucets (2 vanity, 1 bath tub)

The handles are prone to seizing.
One has become loose and is not sitting on the rubber seal/washer correctly.

The taps where installed as part of a major renovation by a contractor so i do not have the part used to install the nut under the handle.

Is there anyways to order this part? or something similar?
I emailed American Standard back in October but no response other then the automated we got your email response.

I've tried a basin wrench but the nut is to thin to get a good grip on it.
Trying to do this with out removing the sink.

Not to impressed with these American Standard Taps.

They have seized often.
I am on well water and assumed it was due to hard water (I do have a softener so it should be pretty soft water). I would clean out the space where the handle meets the handle body with vinegar and a toothbrush. I decided after this issue to try some liquid plumber in there and that seemed to help a lot.

of the 6 American Standard Tropic handles they have all seized up.
Two have had the ring around the base start to dissolve very badly.
One other one has some pitting on the metal body of the handle (not too noticeable).
At least the taps on the bathtub which i think would require removing a vanity and breaking the wall on the face of the tube to get at the taps are in decent shape (only pitting).

The taps are 5 years old so i guess i can't expect them to last forever.
