When painting eaves and gutters, would you recommend brushing or a paint sprayer? I used a sprayer for the siding and a lot of paint hit the eaves. I just didn't plan well to cover those. Very pleased with the coverage on the siding though. The sprayer worked beautifully. Now I'm trying to figure out if I get a spray tip with a smaller spray width or just use a brush for the rest.

Having done tons of soffit, fascia, and gutters, with a roller and brush, I would recommend spraying if you can do it safely. You can put drop cloths along the roof line to catch overspray. You won't have a lot of overspray with a fine tip and do it on a near windless day. It's a tedious deal doing it with a roller and brush. If you do go that route, buy a microfiber 4 inch roller so you can make pretty fast work of it, although not as fast as spraying!

Of course, I didn't consider that you did the siding first which will make any method you choose a bit more challenging especially if the color is different.
Here's a Whizz roller if you choose to brush and roll.
