Onkyo 7.1 Plus Zone 2?

I'm planning on purchasing this Onkyo 7.1 theater setup, but I'm confused as to the 'zone 2'. In the spec sheets, it states 130 watt x 7.
But then it states 'Powered Zone 2'. So is it really 130 watt x 9? I'd like to run two transducers off the zone 2 lines,
but am not sure about the true power output.
Sorry about the huge picture, it's all I could find that shows the 14 binding posts and 4 spring terminals.

Anyone have insight?

Saw this site. I think it's safe and I've used before. Download manual but run through a virus checker before opening.

From rear of unit, my guess is an either/or. The top red and black knobs are Zone 1 for High front but can't be turned off. If hooked instead to red and black push ins just below, and used for High front, can be turned on/off by using Zone 2 switch with Zone 1.
