So I feel like iv followed the directions. I hooked up the common wire up on both ends. The 2 wires that were on a jumper I placed in the correct slots. Any ideas? There is also a common wire that goes to the outside unit that is not attached. Also the Rc wire on the thermostat side goes to w1 on the board in the furnace. Pictures attached are the board , the new thermostat and the last one is the old thermostat. The old unit has battery's in it.

No power to Amazon smart thermostat
