Neutral bus lug for GE panel

I’m running a subpanel off my main panel. GE powermark plus.

I need a space to attach my #3 wire and the neutral bus bar’s slots do not have slots that will accept a #3 wire. They slots are too small.

Can I buy a neutral bus lug and attach it to the neutral bus bar?

The lug will accept #3 wire.

Your panel is not bonded. The ground strap shown under the ground bar should be connected.

GE has a problem with Ground vs Neutral Lug kits. They are different from each other and are not interchangeable like Siemens and others. I would go to a GE distributer and buy several styles, then return the ones that don't fit.

Side note: the sub panel should have isolated neutral and ground lugs. You should not have a neutral-ground bond in your sub panel and you should wire the sub panel loads accordingly.

A proper-fitting neutral lug is important and as correctly noted above you want it to fit correctly.
