Need help with LED wiring!

Hello people.
So I found this old LED lamp but it's not working anymore. I took out the LED board and I want to use it with any mobile recharger(adapter).
What do I do for this?

You would need to know more than you do. The power specifications assume you are using the power supply included with the light. To know what voltage needs to be fed to the LEDs you would have to know the output it was designed for.

If you don't care...you can try hooking up that board to 5V and see what happens. You likely won't hurt the board with that level but it may not be "right".
