Lennox S40 Thermostat Issue

Lennox S40 Thermostat Issue
My S30 job went bad so they replaced it under warranty. When the thermostat hits the set temperature it keeps running. I have to turn it up 2 degrees over the set point to get it to stop. Then down to one over.
I have made sure casting, feels like, & dehumidify are off. There was also a +/minus feature that is off?
I hate to call them back out without asking. My S30 never had this issue. I placed two very accurate hygrometers next to the thermostat and they are both reading 3 degrees below the set point & the humidity is 6% below what shows on the thermostat
Thanks for any suggestions.

Check the installer settings - temperature swing set too high or too low cycles per hour if it has that. I would need to look at install manual to see what settings are available.

Also drafts in wall behind can affect thermostat, make sure hole behind it is sealed.
Possible changing thermostat moving wire around can enlarge hole.
