I need to replace my battery in my Iphone 11. What battery will it take? Is this one ok? And it easy to do?

Verify from a reliable source which battery your phone uses. Buy an exact replacement. Don't rely on marketplace sellers to be 100% accurate.

Watch a few videos and take everything you see with a dose of salt.

A silicone work mat helps a lot.

A dedicated silicone work mat helps a lot.

Avoid silicone baking mats from the kitchen. Their use can lead to knots on your head.

I bought iphone 11 off of Ebay. I get that message too but was told the battery is good. It just doesn't have iphones internals. My battery indicator works and battery life is good. I've had the phones for two years.

Edit to add: I hadn't checked in a while, but it seems I no longer get the message. It must have went away with one of the software upgrades.

Wow, that phone is barely 5 years old and the battery is already worn out?

The problem is that people always charge their phones up to 100%.. this kills the lithium polymer battery inside and limits you to about 400 charges.

If you only charge it to 90%, you can get about 800 charges from it.. and at 85%, well over 1000.

I have a tablet that I allow to be charged to 85%... it is 5 years old and the battery monitoring software says the battery has the same capacity now as it did when I purchased it. There is no detectable degradation. My tablet gets charged every other day or so.
