Insulation & Baffle questions

I've read through a number of posts concerning baffles but I still have a few questions that I could not find a response to.
1. Do you install baffles even where there is a radiant barrier on the ceiling of the shed.
2. Do the baffles need to go all the way up to the ridge vent.
3. Do I need to have vents in each section if my shed does not have any exterior vents.

I am converting a shed into a hobby/home office room so I will be insulating, adding a wall to divide it and finishing it with panels and flooring and a mini split so I need to be sure it's well insulated and done as correctly as I can.

Will you have a fat ceiling, then you would just need baffles over the wall to let air pass above the insulation
if you are sheeting the sloped ceiling you need baffles all the way above the insulation.
Venting is about cooling the roof in the summer and preventing ice dams in the winter if you get snow.
It is important that no air comes from the living space into the space where the insulation is.

I'm sorry but I have not clue what you mean by a fat ceiling. It's a barn style shed and they shed builders are installing the radiant barrier. I wasn't planning on installing baffles in the wall only the ceiling as that is where i understood they were needed or could be needed.

You'll want to install baffles even with a radiant barrier. They help air flow, which is key for insulation. Baffles should go all the way up to the ridge vent for best results. If your shed lacks exterior vents, you'll need vents in each section to ensure proper airflow. Since you're converting your shed into a hobby/home office, insulation is crucial.
