Hi,
The toilet paper holder in question was installed during the construction of our house in the late summer of 2018, all of our faucets are the delta brand name so I was actually hoping that the toilet paper holder in question was offered by delta as well. I've looked on the delta website but didn't see any that matches the one in our house, the screw that I'm needing is the one that secures the rod that holds the roll of toilet paper to the wall mounted housing. I've pulled the housing mount off the wall trying to find any information that I could but didn't see anything, I'm really hoping that some kind soul in here might possibly be able to provide me with the relevant information as to what type of screw I'm needing, if I had to guess I would have to say it's a metric thread, we still have an additional dispenser in a different bathroom which I took out for examination, one end has a slot in it for a straight blade screwdriver and the other end has a point on the end of it. Thanks for any and all help that might be provided to me.
