How do I support the subfloor parallel to the outside second level wall, that I already cut out...? The Joist is under the wall?

So, I did something foolish.
I'm replacing the toilet in my master bathroom, and cut out a much larger piece of my subfloor than I likely should have.
There is no joist running next to the wall for me to fasten my new 5/8 plywood on to.
To complicate things further, the closest joist seems to be directly under the wall, and it is an outside wall.

My home is a 4 level split, if that matters.

How would you suggest I remedy this situation?
I fear that since it is an outside upper level wall, this wall and floor could be working together to support the outside wall+roof of my home.

Put 2x4 on the flat 1/2 under the plywood and screw them there.

Wow! That fix looks very doable!
Should I install any vertical blocking into the joist cavities, too?
And here I was, thinking I may need to use perpendicular joist hangers with 2x6's between the outside wall (on the right) and the nearest joist

Good call!
I did some under-floor investigating and snapped as many photos as I could!

The closest copper pipes that are touching anything, seem to be fastened under the joists just below, and, directly on the side of the joist on the left.
I imagine that If I wrestled too much with the drain, that also has a section going through that joist, I could damage that copper pipe.
I will be careful.
Does there look to be anything else concerning the pipes?
