This old fridge in our garage is working but the freezer door is very weak sealing... Magnets aren't strong enough. To the point ,when someone closes the bottom door, freezer door gets opened a bit....

How to fix this issue? It's an old used fridge?! 😊 Thx

You may try loosening the hinge screws and realigning the door slightly. You could also replace the magnetic gasket. Weak holding is exasperated by the pressure of closing the lower door pushing up through the common ducts.

Raise the front legs. You garage floor is sloped and fridges need to be tilted back slightly.

Of course, if the door binds when closed and if the gasket is too old you'll have to fix those issures first. (use the dollar bill trick of inserting a bill and close the door on it - then pull or wiggle the bill along the gasket to see where it may be old, hardened and allowing air transfer).

Latches on refrigerators need to be installed with care. If the latch is too loose the door might rattle, or the door might be held slightly ajar. If the latch is too tight, adhesive fastenings might peel off or the child resisting lever or button might be very hard to depress.

Maybe start with a bullseye level to make sure the machine is level & plumb. If it's out of level & plumb, closing one door may pop the other open.
A good way of leveling a refrigerator (or other heavy item) is by using car thief bags. Shove a bag under the 3 lowest corners and pump until the bullseye shows good. Then adjust the feet or put shims as needed.

Also note that many (most?) refrigerator-freezers have an air damper between the sections. Mine does and once in a while it'll get stuck partly open with frost. When it does, the freezer door pops open when the refrigerator door is closed.
