I need to seal gaps around an old converted porch due to critters getting in.
Are there any products such as cement boards that I could make ground contact with.
I mainly need something to fill in areas where the footer doesnt come up to the old joists in all areas leaving a gap.
I plan to mesh & stucco over to finish and blend with the rest of the house or worst case cap with aluminum.
I have not found any cement board rated for ground contact. Hardie, Durarock are not

yes there is nothing there to adhere it too. Picture missing or rotted boards and an old converted porch which overhangs a foot from the old foundation.
I need to close up with something then mesh and stucco. i can fasten or glue to side of old foundation then seal up.
I'm leaning toward CDX pressure treated plywood rated for ground contact then mesh and stucco.
If they made a cement board for ground contact it would save the mesh and stucco part.
