Buzzing electrical noise ?

Hello,
I have an old 1950s small house with 50 AMPs electrical panel.

Ever since I added blow-in insulation in my attic, I hear this constant buzzing sound throughout my house. There are a lot of electrical wires in the attic that are now buried under the blow-in fiberglass insulation. Could it be causing something to heat up and hence the buzzing sound?

2) Also, a techno just replaced the motor on my simple fridge's evaporator, and I now hear a high pitched buzzing sound from the back of the fridge. Is it also electrical related?

The constant buzz is very annoying. What to do?

Thank you for your advice!

I don't see how the insulation over the wiring would cause it. I hope there aren't any open junction boxes covered up. Not that that would cause the noise, just a bad situation if you need to find them. Any recessed cans?
A 50 amp service sounds like time to rewire the house and panel/service.
Try turning off 1 circuit at a time to isolate the source. Also, turn off all power to verify it is electrical.
