I have a boiler with three zone control valves, they are wired in series, with three digital thermostats controlling each. Two, the first and third in the series, are getting stuck open, regardless of what the thermostat is set at - even if it is off.

If anyone can provide me with a wiring diagram, tips, suggestion, ideas, I would greatly appreciate it.

MARK the ZONE with the room STAT contolling it..wire a zone valve directly to the 24V feed then break one wire by putting thr stat(2 wires) in series....repeat the same for the other 2.the 2- 24V wires feed out R and C to power the zone motors that is parallel and the room stat breaks the 24Vs on one side of the valve with the stat in series.
