Please tell me that I'm right on this one but I don't do this for a living so I'm asking...
To lower the water level in your toilet tank, you turn the adjusting screw on top of the ball cock valve clockwise. This lowers the float (big black ball) and reduces the water level/amount in the tank.
Right?
