I'm tiling a shower with glass tiles. I'm using a Schleuter kit and due to a mismeasure I'd like to tile the end wall directly on the 2x4 because if I put concrete board on it the tiles will overlap the angle cut I made in the Schleuter curb. I would cover 2x4 with the Kerdi membrane first then tile it. My question is will the friggin tiles stick? As always thanks for your help.

To the KERDI? Yes if the proper thinset is used.
The question is...will the KERDI stick to the wood?
Don't know for how long but again if the proper thinset is used probably yes.
I wouldn't count on it tho. It's never a good idea to try and apply any tile product to dimensional lumber. You would NOT find that advice anywhere on any of the product labels. When you try to re-invent the wheel you are on your own.
