I am looking at 2. Home depot has them. I have some 40 volt Ryobi tools. Eh they are fair. Some better than others. The push mower works great. The poles saw extensions are kind of poor.

I am looking at these 2 trimmers.

I tried the contact Ryobi and after 5 minutes the best they could tell me is the more expensive one was more powerful. They could not give me a weight or how much more powerful. Lighter would be better. Maybe I will dig through the 1000s of reviews.

I have a Kobalt 40V that I like pretty good (string trimmer). The battery won't make it all the way around my yard, but it's a little over an acre. The battery will recharge in about an hour. I would like to have a second battery, but not enough to pay 150.00 bucks for one.

With the Ryobi, I picked up a second battery off ebay. It was a Ryobi not a knock off. 6AH or better. Same size what came with the mower. I think it was new or very new. I was still able to add it to my 3 year warrantee for the battery. I think I paid just over $50 for it.

This is also another thread I was going to run. I have an old Milwaukee sawzall. 20? volt. Either $100 for a new 2.0ah battery or buy a whole new saw kit with 5.0 batteries and charger. The new one will step up 4 generations of technology too.
