90 volts hot to neutral, 120 hot to ground

hi

I have situation where I have 90 volts hot to neutral, 120 hot to ground . The run uses a arc fault breaker.

The neutral has a bad connection. Measure neutral to ground. If all is well it will be zero. Based on your hot the neutral reading it will probably be 30 volts, 120-90.

It could be anywhere on the circuit.

THANK YOU Joed . I refocused my efforts using your advice and found a poor junction box connection . Neutral was BAD.
