Need some creative ideas for this pipe!

Hi all... I'm new here and new to this type of DIY work. I am in the processes of finishing a small room in my basement (half basement, half underground, half above... not sure what they are called).

There is a drain pipe that runs along the cement foundation on the lower half of the wall. Behind it is about 2 inches of framing, polyurethane, and then cement, so i can't hide it inside the wall unless i bring the wall out more. The room is small enough as it is, so I decided not to do this.

Any good ideas on how to hide it? i was thinking of making a vine trunk out of it, or something, or maybe even build some small shelves around it.

Please don't make fun of my drywall job! It's my first time :)

I was thinking htat but it would have be something specifically designed for that purpose... anything too big would block the pathway to the bed. This part of the room is only 97 inches wide. I have a queen size bed going in there (60 inches or so), so there is only 2-3 feet of space there.
