Our whirlpool washing machine model WTW7120HWO will not power on and the lid is locked. Wife washed a load of clothes and came home and found washer wouldn’t turn on ! I was able to get the top assembly off and get the clothes out so they didn’t get musty. I checked incoming power to control board and have 120 volts at the plug! Nothing on the electronic user interface will light up and lid is still locked to upper top assembly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
