I'm looking at putting up about 20 panel's worth of fencing across the back of our property but because I'm doing the job by myself I figured it would be easier - if a little more costly - to put up the frame and nail the slats in individually rather than try and deal with stock fence panels on my own. They're damn heavy and unwieldy for a single person to try and handle, particularly as I have some shrubs and small trees along the back I'd have to try and maneuver them through. I mean, I have moved them around on my own but it certainly isn't easy!
Anyway, what kind of nailer is idea for the job? I have two types, a normal framing nailer and a finish nailer, and I don't think either is right for the work. The framing nailer seems like overkill, while I think the finish nailer maybe too lightweight with regard to the holding ability of the nails - not to mention the fact I'm not sure if I can can corrugated nail strips for it.
Any suggestions or thoughts on the nailer to use?
