What is your pest problem that you asked them to resolve? Drywood termite swarming inside the house or drywood pellets like coffee ground inside the house/attic?

I doubt it's Termidor SC. But there are a few other chemicals like Termidor SC such as Dominion 2L or Taurus that are termicide meant to get on the body of the termites and kill them off (time release).

It can also be a wood protector spray meant to protect the wood from being penetrated by termites, my understanding is those coating is disliked by termites and is a preventative, but on e they are already inside and developed galleries they are not affected.

Not a pro just another DIYer who have battled with drywood and sub termites over the years.

Could also be Phantom. It is a termicide insecticide that works on a range of insects that is indoor/outdoor and pet safe I think it's diluted to 0.06% for spray application.
