So 7-8 years ago I picked up an oilless 2HP/ 10 gallon California Air Tools compressor and I abused the heck out of it, making it do things it was not designed for. But it was a tank and just kept running. When we moved cross country I decided to sell it rather than move it, and I’ve regretted it every since. I talked myself into going bigger (much bigger) and I picked up a oilled 60 gallon Dewalt and I HATED the noise. So after it sat in my garage unused cause I hated using it, as the economy/ inflation took their toll, I was able to sell it 1 year later for exactly what I paid for it.
So I went out and picked up the 2HP/20 Gallon California Air Tools and I absolutely love this thing.
