Moving dryer from basement to main floor but on an interior wall. Is there anything against venting the dryer through the floor, through the crawlspace, and outside on an exhaust cap on the cinder block foundation? I assume as long as the ductwork is adequately insulated this should be okay? Or is there any other way to do it?

The dryers are typically spec'd for a certain "effective" pipe length (typically 25'). You definitely should not exceed this. Each bend and any sections of flexible duct increase the effective length over the straight linear distance.
Also, be careful where the stuff gets exhausted. The output is very humid and if you dump it out under a deck you may cause problems in the vicinity of the vent. (Been there, done that).
