Hey all,
I picked up a Utilitech 0063548 8vac/10va, 16vac/10va, 24vac/20va transformer that I originally got for a Ring Pro. I ended up selling the Ring Pro and got a Ring 2 instead and since I bought the transformer, I figured why not just install it.

Interestingly, there are two transformers connected to the junction box in our coat closet by the front door. One of the transformers is apparently providing power to the unit number sign by our front door and the other provides power to the doorbell. Both transformers are identical and read "5va" under the left-hand screw and "10v" under the right-hand screw. Both also have "LR54224" and "Nutone Scoville 515-T"
(sorry the image was rotated 90-degrees to the left here - the unit on the left [top] in the picture is for the sign light and the right [bottom] is the chime.)
Could I potentially replace both these with the single Utilitech unit I got? Or should I just do a clean swap for only the doorbell/chime transformer. I'm not even sure if I could do a straight swap for the chime transformer if the Utilitech happens to be too large.
In either case, whether I can use the Utilitech to power both or if I should just wire it separately for the chime, what would the wiring look like going into the Utilitech?
