To anyone familiar with normal wear & tear on the breaker boxes, I would really appreciate what you think of discoloration on the copper bus bars?

There does not appear to be any signs of melting, and I don't know if this is a recent issue or an old, corrected, problem.
I'll need to repair Meter mains outside and primarily interested if this is going to be an issue for an inspector and/or should I replace the panel now, rather than later.
