Here are pics of the old bathtub faucet set that I need to replace washers or otherwise repair. Drain lever shown only to display the Eljer brand to maybe help ID the parts. First challenge is how to remove the handles? No center cap and screw, no set screws or other obvious attachment. There are some small notches that look like maybe take a screwdriver tip? I dunno. I just ran into the same faucet, which I’m sure you got fixed by now all you do is completely shut your water off number one and then you keep turning it even after the water would be turned all the way to the on position you keep turning it and it unscrews
