The top of my deck uses glass railings and has a glass gate. The stairs going up to it are the pylex steel stringers. I need to add hand rails but can't really tie into the existing railing since it's glass. I'm thinking of mounting the bottom post to the lowest stair, and the top post to the highest stair and attach it to the side of the deck as well. Anyone see any issues with this?
