Properly hooking up Heat Sequencer wires

I'm not an electrician by any means but it looks like you have 2 sequencers K32 and K33 on your diagram. It also looks like M2 from K32 sequencer should connect to the other sequencer K33 M2. So if I read this correctly it's M2 to M2 from one sequencer to the other. Do you have an M2 terminal on both sequencers?

My Coleman furnace has a much better and easier diagram complete with color coding but your diagram isn't for a novice to figure out. I tried but couldn't find any videos or photos of your furnace to try and get a look at the sequencer wiring. I do know that the coils in the sequencers are activated by a 24v transformer that is turned on by the thermostat, this energizes the coils in the sequencers which start closing their contacts in delayed intervals. Usually the blower and the first element are on the first contacts of the first sequencer and then the other elements come on in staged intervals until they are all working. This is so the furnace doesn't have a huge spike in energy demand all at once and blow the fuses or breakers. I wish I could be more help but I'm afraid that you have already done some damage to your thermostat for one and maybe more.

Looks to me like K33 sequencer should have 2 wires connected to M2, one from K32 sequencer M2 and one going to -9 which is on the other diagram going to K43 which is the relay to the heat economizer.

I really don't feel comfortable giving advice on this because I'm not an electrician or HVAC technician and I'm not there looking at your unit and verifying what I think I'm seeing in the wiring diagram. I just did sequencers and high temp limits in my furnace and fixed an issue with one of my heating elements cycling on and off. My furnace is quite different than yours and is more simple with a very clear, easy to read wiring diagram with all the wire colors.
