Hi there! I have a home with rock exterior and a number of outdoor wall lights. The existing lights have a 6"x6" square backplate.
Is there a product that can sit on this square opening and "bump out" to accommodate a larger, rectangular backplate of a new light?
Costco has a deal on these lights, and I'd love to get them. However, because the rock exterior protrudes where this would sit, I don't have the clearance to fit anything other than another fixture with the exact same dimensions for the backplate.
Am I stuck replacing these fixtures with an identical backplate dimension size? Or is there a product or way to adapt?
