I know minimum is 1/8” per foot w most if not all advocating 1/4”. What is the maximum slope - 1/4”, 3/8” or 1/2”?

Any slope at or above the minimum slope is ok. A maximum slope was disproven and most codes don’t have a max.

The building code does not regulate the sewer in the street or its connection. It regulates the building drain, waste and vent system.
