I like drip edge to match the trim but if it matches the roof it would be ok with me. I would not like it to match neither the roof nor fascia. The drip edge should be under the base sheet (ice and water shield) and rake edge should be on top of it. Trying to change it would probably do more damage than you want to deal with. I would leave it, but you could paint it if it bothers you. If your contract specified a color and you got something else, he is obligated (or was until you accepted it) to make it right. If you accepted it and paid, live with it or paint it.
