Just got my oil changed and all the misc filters/fluid checks on a new (used) 2018 Chevy Equionx. It sitting at around 56,000 (so for little over five years, I'm happy with this). I had my mechanic check it out, and Valvoline do their their recommendations after. Two of these a bit more pricey, and they said I could come back anytime and finish these.
Just to ensure they are not upselling me needlessly, tell me if these are really necessary for a car such as mine. Note that I don't mind spending a little extra at this stage, since I just bought it, to get it back into tip-top running order. But not gonna waste money on BS. - Fuel System Service (to remove dirt and debris that depots and hurts fuel efficiency) = $139.99)
- Replacing Automatic Transmission Fluid (this was topped off during servicing) = $189.99
