If you do not have a service history on the vehicle, I would definitely go with the fuel system service.

Over time deposits from the burning fuel start to build up in the fuel injector aperture, this reduces performance which can lead to such things as rough engine performance, increased fuel consumption and failed emissions. The fuel system service will clean the injectors ensuring they are operating at peak efficiency.

According to the manufacturer, the mileage interval on transmission fluid changes for your vehicle is 72,000 so it seems that can wait. However, check the fluid for indications that it may require changing sooner.

Pink - If the fluid is more pink than red, you have a problem. Pink transmission fluid means that water’s getting into the system. Typically, this water is actually coolant, and it means you have some faulty gaskets that you need to replace. If this happens, you won’t just need to replace the fluid; you’ll need to repair the problem and potentially rebuild the transmission.

Amber or Light Red - This is fresh transmission fluid, and this is precisely what it’ll look like after a fluid change. Not only will the transmission fluid have a bright red color, but it will also be semi-translucent. Keep in mind that the color will start to transition to a maroon after only a few thousand miles which is normal.

Maroon - All this means is the transmission fluid has some wear – but it doesn’t mean that you need to replace it yet.

Brown - When the fluid gets to this stage, it is time to start considering replacing your transmission fluid.

Black - If the fluid is black, it’s a cause for concern, and it’s time to replace the fluid. Black transmission fluid is oxidized and burnt, which means that it’s no longer providing the necessary lubrication for your transmission system.

If the transmission fluid is black, get a fluid flush as soon as possible before it grows into more significant problems. There is a caveat to this. Experts advise not to flush a transmission that has never been flushed before AND has 100,000 miles or more on it as doing a flush may cause more damage.

I suspect you can get your fuel filter changed for less.
What is recommended is "fuel system service". This is more than just changing a fuel filter. A machine is connected to the fuel system of the vehicle and specialized cleaners pumped through it which removes deposits that restrict or clog the injectors.
