I was talking to ChatGPT while I was cooking today and it suggested putting baking powder in my meatballs. I tried it and my meatballs were light and fluffy and delicious. And much bigger. Maybe that is common knowledge and I have been clueless this whole time. I never heard of it. I'll definitely be trying that again. Maybe in a meatloaf?
