Sharpie has a marker called meanstreak. It is more like waxy stick than a liquid and i used it to cover very small chips. I would remove the door, tape off the chip and try smear it on and let dry. Smooth with flat trowel and maybe mineral spirit. Then maybe add coats until it looks presentable.
