On an exterior door, do jamb extensions always go on the interior of the house? Or do they go on the exterior between the frame and brick molding?
I have a guy telling me that you set the jamb flush with the interior wall when installing the door then put extensions on the exterior side of the door, then attach the brick molding. I don’t see how this can be correct and is different than my other exterior doors.
any input?
