I'm about to insulate the attic in my 900sq ft home. Which is better in terms of cost, ease of install, and preparation--blow in cellulose or the rolls/batts of fiberglass?
Also, currently I have insulation about 3/4 of the way up to the top of the joists (some kind of blown in fiberglass). What should I do with this considering it doesn't completely fill the joist bay?
