I have a wood box I'm using to hold water with 6 mil plastic as a liner. About 4 inches from the bottom I need to drill a hole (for a drain pipe...1" pvc) through the side of the wood box and also through the plastic liner. How can I seal the plastic liner around the pvc drain pipe? Is there a mechanical way to do this(ie: using threaded pipe and large washers), or a sealant of some kind that would work? Any ideas?
